I think I mentioned before what the kids were, I just forgot a picture. Here is the picture!

Look at this carrot! I pulled it out of a normal carrot bag. The boys loved it, they thought it had some special powers.

October

The month of October was a lot of fun things. I love fall. I love to see the leaves change color and feel the cool air on my face. I think it is my favorite time of year.
We had some friends drive through, and they stayed with us for a night. I think it was Spencer's highlight of his life to have one of his best friends spend the night in his room. They stayed up until after 12pm talking and laughing. He really misses Ethan a lot. He asked after they left the next day if he will ever see him again. He was fighting back the tears. He has a big heart.
We also went to a huge farm to pick pumpkins and go through the corn maze. It was seriously the biggest corn maze I have ever seen and the pumpkins were really expensive. But it was fun. The wagon ride to the pumpkin patch was like 20 min long, riding through cow pastures and all.
We went trunk or treating last night, and Seth brought a friend with him. It was fun for him to have a friend to have donut eating contests with. He lives next door and goes to school with Seth.
Seth was Harry Potter, Spencer was a skeleton, and Maggie was a ballerina. I made her too-too.
They all loaded up on candy! There was a couple that had a covered wagon and a camping stove making homemade donuts for everyone. They were really good!
